  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available exclusively for eligible deliveries within Morocco. Payment must be made in cash directly to the courier upon delivery of the package.
  • Credit / Debit Card (CMI / Lana Cash): Online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, local CMI cards) are securely processed via the CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) / Lana Cash payment gateway. All transaction data is encrypted and handled under strict banking security standards.
  • Bank Wire Transfer: Payments may be executed directly to Velvatii’s official business bank account as indicated on the proforma invoice or order confirmation. Orders are processed upon actual receipt of funds.

3-Shipping & International Orders

  • Domestic Orders (Morocco): Orders within Morocco can be paid via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Wire Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • International Orders: For any international order, please contact us directly at contact@velvatii.com. Shipping options, delivery rates, customs handling, and approved payment methods (Credit Card or Bank Wire Transfer) will be confirmed individually upon quote issuance.
  • Customs & Import Duties: For international shipments, any local customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
